Job description
Job duties:
- Responsible for the overall operation of clubhouse including cost and budget control, evaluation of contractor performance, and license application
- Prepare yearly business and action plan, and evaluate the pricing system of services
- In charge of recruiting and retaining club personnel and staff performance appraisal, maintaining good team spirit in the work environment
- Handle resident complaints and evaluate proactive action for service improvement
- Liaise and coordinate with other outlets of clubhouse to provide quality service to residents and conduct feasibility study for further improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Degree in Recreation/Hotel Management or related disciplines is preferable
- 8 years or above solid experience in managing a high quality clubhouse with exclusive membership
- Holder of PMP Licence is an advantage
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
Working Location : Near to MTR Station
