Superb Interior Contracting Company Limited is a Property Developer and a rapidly expanding construction company both in Hong Kong and Overseas. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for co-ordination site works and managing drawings, materials, method statement submission processing
• Monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or Project Management with 3 years relevant experience
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
• Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
• Immediate available is preferred
