Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines on architectural, structural & MEP
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design and model changes
• Attend in project coordination meetings
• Provide advice and modify on altering design and variations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services/Mechanical / Architecture/Electrical or related discipline
• Experiences in Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks
• At least 1-3 years of BIM working experience; with 2 -5 years in senior position
• Associate of HKIBIM is preferred
