We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Leading and working with audit team to provide professional services to a portfolio of listed and private companies
• Coach and develop junior team members
• Manage quality and time schedule on job planning including assessment of staff performance
• Maintain good and efficient communication with both engagement team and client personnel

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma holder or equivalent
• Accounting professional qualification such as HKICPA member or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience of which 2 years at supervisory level
• Hands-on experience in handling listed and private companies audit, due diligence, merger and acquisition projects
• Familiar with updated HKAS, HKFRS, IFRS and Listing Rules
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua preferred
• Good interpersonal and project management skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager or Supervisor
• Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
