We are now seeking a self-driven, passionate and experienced candidate to fill the following position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project works, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure the facilities are operated efficiently in accordance with the statutory requirements and to conduct the following tasks independently and diligently:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise in-house FM technical team;
• Co-ordinate with various parties of the School for planning and carrying out of maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and enhancement works;
• Administer the tendering and contract administration process, including obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare tender documents and issue works orders;
• Manage and supervise outsourcing services contractors with assistance of technical support team;
• Prepare and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets and expenses;
• Monitor purchasing, contract support and payment processing;
• Maintain a high level of health and safety standards of the campus;
• Receive and handle complains; and
• Handling of tasks assigned by Supervisors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering related discipline;
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical aspect of Property Management Company, Maintenance Contractor or relevant job exposure, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level;
• Experience working in sizable and complex organizations, experience in NGO or education sectors would be an advantage;
• Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Possess a high degree of proficiency in using AutoCAD and MS Office applications;
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills; and
• Able to work under pressure, independent and with minimum supervision.
