Job description

Hutchison Property Group Limited, a member of CK Asset Group, develops quality residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. Our portfolio includes some of Hong Kong's largest private development projects and a number of landmark developments in Mainland China.

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably with property developer
• Responsible for consolidation work of the property business
• Hands on experience on group consolidation and financial reporting required
• Strong in financial accounting with experience on MS application and Oracle accounting
• Familiar with both Hong Kong and China accounting standards
