Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments for tenancy matters, preparing tenancy documents and handling administration work. Other duties include interpreting to and negotiating with tenants on terms of tenancy agreement, attending to tenants in tenancy related matters and handling minor legal work under supervision.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Qualified legal executive with 2-3 years of working experience preferably in conveyancing transactions including tenancy preparation and administration work
  • Proactive and customer oriented
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua
