Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and implement sales-driven programs, festive campaigns & public relations activities for shopping malls
  • Manage marketing campaign timeline and budget, as well as monitor and evaluate the campaign effectiveness
  • Liaise with tenants to provide promotion support
  • Manage & maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, roll out comprehensive social media campaigns and develop content on social media
  • Partner and work closely with agencies / vendors to ensure quality delivery of campaigns
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for bringing commercial values to our shopping malls

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
  • 10-15 years’ solid and relevant working experience in organizing and implementing mall & tourist promotions, digital marketing, advertising and public relations activities
  • Experience in advertising / branding / PR agency and / or social media agency is a definite advantage
  • Creative, mature, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
  • Tactful and good interpersonal skills dealing with tenants, business partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attentive to details
  • Proven language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; good writing skills in English is a must
