Established in 1996, PS Group (www.psgroup.com.hk) is one of the top HAIR and BEAUTY salon group in Hong Kong. The group specialty brands include PRIVATE I GROUP and NAIL NAIL GROUP. We are launching a new nail & beauty magazine, theme salon, concept store for pets, PS Deli Cookies, private kitchen and licensed products and expanding business in Hong Kong.

We are looking for creative person of high-calibre to join our GROUP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing plan to drive business and build corporate and brand image

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, and vendors involved in the event, ensuring their contributions align with the overall objectives and goals.

• Ensure the effective planning, promotion and execution of our internal and clients events to reinforce brand awareness, cultivate customer/ partner relationship and drive sales leads, including to develop the detailed execution checklist and timeline, regular work in progress report and co-ordinate with the co-workers.

• Manage travel logistics, including accommodations and transportation, as needed for the event and its participants.

• Prepare promotional plans for management and providing consumer insight on consumer behavior and customer’s satisfaction

• Manage e-business and different online applications operations including online purchase, redemption, products, logistics, customer service, payment settlements and policies & procedure

• Work with Trading Team/Branding Agency to maintain website content including promotion, product information and pricing

• Closely monitor, analyze and optimize all campaigns to identify opportunities and areas for improvement for the success of online business

• Support Trading Team in developing brand websites and other platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline

• At least 8 years marketing/event marketing experience, in Hair/Beauty service or retail industry is a definite advantage

• Strong in event planning, project management, vendor relationship management, logistic skills, and problem-solving skills and attention to details

• Effectively communicate and explain technical concepts related to online marketing to management and team members

• A strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and possesses strong planning, communications and analytical skills

• Highly committed and is eager to drive forward initiatives and achieving result

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate available is an added advantage
