Your duties:

  • Supervise and manage the Operation team to oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and inventory management;
  • Lead project planning with respective stakeholders to determine scopes, objective, timeline and project milestones;
  • Plan and monitor project budget and ensure project design and development plan are on track;
  • Manage project risks, leverage of tools to identify areas of potential risks and work with relevant parties to identify alternative solutions;
  • Enhance warehouse efficiency through improvement programs, process automation and digitalization;
  • Implement the manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse operations, including permanent staff and causal labour management;
  • Prepare analysis / statistics reports for management review;
  • Monitor shipment status, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers or internal departments;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

How to join the OCSHK family:

  • Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
  • 8 - 10 years or above relevant experience in supply chain and logistics is preferable;
  • In-depth knowledge of airfreight operations and industry practices;
  • Strong PC application skills, such as MS Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Fluent written English and Chinese and spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decision in a fast-faced environment;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Your working schedule:

  • 5 days work week
  • 0900-1800
