What you will do

This person will join the Vertical Business Unit (VBU) sales team in Hong Kong. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to and attain or exceed company growth objectives.

How you will do it

  • Explore and develop new customer base
  • Grow VBU business, meet and exceed sales plan
  • Provide professional best fit building services solutions to our client to facilitate environmental friendly systems
  • Maintain a partnership relationship with customers for the best service and products
  • Participate in sales team for pre-sales activities and design technical solution for various system
  • Coordinate and monitor the project progress with different department and contractors

What we look for

Required

  • Degree holder or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • With minimum 5 years sales experience with a good proven track record in selling building services solutions
  • Solid experience in managing building services solutions such as Chiller, BMS, Digitalization, ELV and Fire Services
  • Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique
  • Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline
  • Positive, passionate and supportive attitude
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent writing skill and submit report or document timely
  • Able to handle and solve problems independently
  • Highly adaptable and result driven
  • Highly commercial and entrepreneurial
  • Self motivated with strong initiative to meet and exceed sales plan

Preferred

  • Experience in building service / engineering related industry would be an advantage
  • Solid client network in Commercial, Data Center, Transportation, etc. Industry
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
