入職要求

• 持認可藥劑師牌照，具備藥劑學深造文憑或藥劑學學士學位。

主要職責

• 協助院舍或社區服務管理藥物；督導配藥員配藥、提供相關培訓及指導；為服務使用者提供健康諮詢、風險評估、護理計劃管理及進行跨專業協作。
