Job description

Responsibilities

• Collecting information on the Hong Kong Asset Management industry
• Assist in global business review meeting preparation and follow up
• Coordinate business reporting and PAC including meetings, pipelines, market flow in the region and results
• Dissemination market intelligence and research information to facilitate business proposals
• Maintain circulation of product information and industry news to facilitate business development
• Maintain call reports and entries at MyCRM and ISIS database to facilitate global business reporting
• Preparing presentations for new and existing clients as required
• Coordinate visitors' schedule and institutional activities
• Monitor follow up activities on call report for business management
• Provide background research and generally assist in the development of new products
• Respond to ad hoc queries from the sales teams across the Group's global network, particularly in Paris

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline, preferably with background in financial institution
• Good analytical skills, have understanding of financial markets and investment products (especially fund)
• Strong communications in spoken and written Korean and English
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work under strong pressure
• Strong in Excel, PowerPoint is a must
