• We are looking for Accountant - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Fully responsible all accounting issues of HK trading office
• Responsible for financial records, including general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor management.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Supervise the work of one Accounting Officer
• Report to the Operation Director of HK office
• Tertiary education in Accounting/Finance
• Proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar role
• Experience in US/EU companies is a plus
• Experience in trading/distributing environment is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Good communications in English, Chinese & Mandarin
• 5 days work
