• We have offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and US
• We are looking for Compliance Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work in Compliance team of 3 members
• Perform compliance services for BVI & Cayman companies
• In-charge of daily operations of AML/AEOI related matters
• Overview the FATCA/CRS reporting for clients (BVI & Cayman)
• Monitoring world-check screening for clients
• Respond to inquiries from front and back-office
• Conduct compliance reviews
• Provide internal training to colleagues
• Advice on procedure improvements
• Update changes in rules and regulations related to AML and AEOI Compliance issues
• Take part in ad hoc assignments or projects
• Degree holder in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business... or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years experience in compliance for BVI and Cayman companies
• Experience in Cayman and BVI companies’ AEOI Compliance preferred
• Good communication in English & Mandarin
• 5 days work
