• Dongguan factory : 2000 workers
• Main markets : US, Europe & Asia
• We are looking for Senior Quality Manager (station Dongguan) – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Job summary : lead & manage quality dept covering QA, QC and compliance
• Provide technical support to merchandising team to ensure products comply with all customer necessary requirements.
• Familiar with customer self inspection program
• Provide product quality analysis base on market/consumer’s feedback. Conduct root cause investigation.
• Conducts factory inspections; assess, evaluate and improves manufacturing facilities’ quality management.
• Communicate quality control information (the requirement, inspection plans and quality standards) to relevant department
• Liaise with 3rd party inspection when required
• Manage QC department in China for each team member to coordinate production QC inspections and monitor results. Liaise with vendors and inspectors to optimize efficiency.
• Instruct staff in quality checking procedure and provide training
• Develop QC inspection specifications and procedures and oversee its’ implementation at manufacturing facilities.
• Provide update and weekly report to the management
• Tertiary educated in Engineering / Quality Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant quality control experience in the toys industry
• Good knowledge of worldwide toys safety standard
• Strong in carrying out on quality control and strong communication and negotiation skill to work with both suppliers and buyers
• Work based in Dongguan factory with some trips to Hong Kong for meetings
• 5.5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
