Reporting to Head of Procurement Governance, Group Procurement, the incumbent will support and manage procurement governance projects at HAECO group level. He/she supports the compliance requirements of the HAECO group. Work to increase digitalization of HAECO procurement activities and assist in the development of a data analytics framework to control and forecast procurement expenditure.

What You'll Do

  • Explore and develop group synergies among the group companies
  • Define, issue and manage Procurement policies and processes
  • Assist the alignment of procurement policies & practices across the Group
  • Develop procurement agreements/assist in group projects at group & regional levels to leverage strategic purchasing power
  • Assist the supply chain related sustainability development initiatives at group level
  • Facilitate effective communication on projects among group companies
  • Conduct cost saving studies and make recommendation on group contract development
  • Assist Head of Procurement Governance, Group Procurement to manage procurement initiatives at group level
  • Assist to lead project team members from different group companies to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Support KPI target achievement among the group companies

What You Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience
  • Product & market knowledge is an advantage

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Recognized degree in any disciplines, business / management related is an advantage
  • Professional qualification in procurement & supply is required
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Good command of Chinese, both spoken and written, is an advantage
