Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to FIX connectivity
• Collect requirements, configure and implement FIX connections, and ensure seamless integration of FIX protocols.
• Validate and parse incoming FIX messages to ensure compliance with the FIX protocol specification, ensuring accurate data transmission and processing.
• Implement robust error handling mechanisms to address exceptional situations, such as connectivity disruptions, protocol violations, or message processing failures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business teams, to identify and implement enhancements
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with evolving industry trends and technologies related to FIX integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
• Experience in FIX application development and support would be an advantage
