Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain project management procedures and processes for successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication of project management procedures and processes to support teams in achieving project objectives within time and budget constraints.
• Identify and convey project dependencies and constraints, with a focus on critical path tasks.
• Monitor and update deliverable status to accurately assess dependencies and milestones.
• Supervise project scope, change control, and issue management.
• Generate status reports and meeting minutes as needed.
• Collaborate with team leads and resources to proactively address and resolve problems, issues, and change control matters.
• Ensure effective communication of project requirements and timelines among key stakeholders, including customers, external service vendors, and internal team members.

About You:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of IT experience after qualification, with at least 4 years in a project management role

1. Experience includes utilization of Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) and Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM).
2. In application development projects.

• Requires PMP certification or a relevant certification.
• Sizable project management experience in Government projects is advantageous.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibits a customer-focused approach with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Cantonese and English is a must
