One of the worlds largest technology service providers in the world is looking to hire a senior project manager to join the team!

Responsibilities:

• Providing project managers with expertise in estimating, scheduling, and risk management.
• Monitoring and reviewing the performance of IT projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Promoting and implementing best practices in project management within the service delivery team.
• Developing the competencies of personnel by offering training and mentoring specifically for project managers.
• Allocating resources effectively between various projects and programs.
• Conducting thorough project health checks and comprehensive post-project reviews.
• Recording, analyzing, and disseminating valuable lessons learned from projects.

About you: - Holds a degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of solid IT work experience in sizable companies or vendor environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale design and implementation projects in complex environments.
• Experience in managing multiple customer projects with delivery governance and financial control.
• In-depth knowledge of modern project management methodologies and infrastructure technology concepts.
• Possession of PMP or relevant certification required.
• Strong customer focus, excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
