Job description
Responsibilities
- Work with management to oversee Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) functions & implement ITSM project
- Manage daily IT Service Management operations on ServiceNow platform
- Supervise IT Asset Management to ensure IT asset inventory is align to the asset life cycle
- Collaborate with Change-Advisory Board to package production change
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate management approval & user review process on IT Service Management production change
- Manage new IT services releases & change management and provide relevant documentation, training materials & user training
- Utilize automation strategies to enhance IT service operation delivery & efficiency
- Work with IT support staff & external stakeholder (i.e. Vendor) to ensure a smooth IT support delivery
Requirements
- Degree or above, preferably in information technology/ computer science discipline
- 6 years + IT Service Management System Administrator with sizable organization
- Excellent experience on ServiceNow platform
- Excellent experience with other cloud-base ITSM system would also be highly preferable
- Hands on solid experience in IT Service Management platform projects
- Track record on leading change management process, service request, IT knowledge base & IT Asset Management
- Prior experience on preparing documents, training material for launching new IT Service Management initiatives
