Job description

Established in 1981, Goodwell Property Management Limited is one of Hong Kong's leading property management companies, with extensive experience in the property and facilities management of luxurious residential development, industrial buildings, high-rise commercial buildings, shopping malls and carparks. We are a member of CK Asset Group, employing over 2,600 staff. To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for energetic candidates to join us.

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with 1 years at managerial level, preferably in the field of property repair & maintenance
• Member of CIBSE or HKIE or equivalent is preferred
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above is preferred
• Well-versed with relevant ordinances and ISO9001, 14001 & H&S implementation
• Presentable, with good communication and leadership skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
