• Vendor factories : Shenzhen & Dongguan
• Main market : Europe & Asia Pacific
• We are looking for QC Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Over 10 years quality experience in watch
• Experience in fashion watch brand owner is a plus
• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Fully responsible for all QC functions
• Lead China QC team of 4 members
• Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects.
• Review production process and quality policy to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problems.
• Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
• Present quality issues to the technical team
• Ensure quality control efficiency in a day to day basis
• Support internal teams (purchasers or production executives or engineers) to resolve quality issues
• Continuous Improvement in vendor factories to ensure quality meet Company quality standard
• Propose solutions and help vendor factories to implement actions to achieve Company quality standard
• 80% time work in Shenzhen QC office; 20% time work in HK office
• 5 days work
