What you’ll do

  • Support in reviewing and revamping the overall procurement manual, policies and guidelines
  • Assist the team manager to monitor the contract agreements, service agreements, and supervise the supplier performance
  • Consistently expanding the vendor selections, develop new relationships with strategic partners and also maintenance good relationships with existing vendors
  • Take lead in suppliers communication, price negotiations and market benchmarking with a team of officers
  • Responsible for the preparation and issue of RFQ, tender documents, and the associated processes, e.g. evaluation, negotiation, and contracts awarding
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines
  • 6 years or above relevant experience in executing large scale procurement projects, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory position

Personal skills you excel

  • Good knowledge with the latest procurement trends, systems and best practice
  • Detail-minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team player
  • Well versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese
