Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of vendor management strategies and procedures
  • Conduct regular review on vendor management policy to ensure it is in compliance with company requirements
  • Coordinate and collaborate with processing departments on vendor selection, new vendor registration, document preparation and regular vendor management review
  • Support and assist Chief Operations Officer on vendor management related matters
  • Prepare regular MIS reports for management
  • Handle enquiries from processing departments and ad-hoc request related to vendor management
  • Review and ensure documents submitted by processing departments are adherence to policy requirements

Requirements

  • University degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in banking and finance industry
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
