Job description

The Cityview provides 422 luxurious and comfortable guest rooms out of which 31 are suites. Other facilities include restaurants, lounge, banquet rooms and health club. We invite high caliber candidates for the following position:

Job requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• At least 3-year solid front desk supervision experience or in similar capacity
• Sound knowledge in Front Desk operation and manage all activities at Front Desk to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Skillful in complaint and crisis handling & able to work independently under pressure
• Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
