Specialist F.S. Contractor For Public Works(Group II)
Specialist Plumbing Contractor for Public Works (Group II)
Registered Fire Services Contractor (Class 1,2&3)
Registered Electrical Contractor
Licenced Plumber(Grade I)
Certificate of Registration of Registered Minor works Contractor(Company) All Type (Class I, II, III)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Manager in FS/ P&D A&A project/maintenance execution & tender estimation
• Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor, and others
• Supervise subcontractor performance
• Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for A&A projects or maintenance works
• Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, solution selling, presentation and site visit
• Develop strong network with customers and expand customer base

Job Requirements

• Relevant sales experience of 2 years or above, exposure in building services will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 year' relevant exp. in Fire Services/ Plumbing and Drainage
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc
• With Fire Service Installation Contractors Class 3 is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
