Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement risk evaluation and quality improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital
  • Follow-up on incidents, near misses and hazards, provide recommendations for future improvement
  • Conduct clinical audits
  • Leads and coordinates the organizational initiatives in patient safety
  • Provides oversight for risk management analysis, data management, and ensures compliance with the hospital’s operations
  • Develops processes and improvement plans with monitoring for sustainability and evaluation of effectiveness
  • Preparation for hospital accreditation
  • Create initiatives in identifying potential risks in the hospital and formulate preventative strategies in consultation with stakeholders, in accordance with relevant context

Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Nursing or healthcare-related discipline
  • Post-qualification experience in healthcare administration, incident and risk management is preferred
  • Exposure to root cause analysis, incident data-mining, and clinical data analysis is highly preferred
  • Strong sense of discipline, good time management, can work under pressure, independent and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Good analytical ability and judgement, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Leadership potential and commitment
  • Commended in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
