Job description

A well established property development company with ongoing development projects in China and the region is currently seeking high calibre candidates to join our Team.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of residential development project
• Work under Director and Project Manager ensuring project is completed on time and within budget
• Handle contractual and technical matters. Attend on site and in house office project meetings
• Liaise with government authorities, clients, consultants and contractors for execution of construction works
• Provide solution to project team for continuous quality improvement
• Stationed in office for the initial stage of design checking, coordination with consultants and etc. Relocate on site for implementing the main contract works

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' building services experience in low-rise residential and/or urban residential development projects
• Management experience working in construction site
• Professional recognition in building services will be an advantage
• Self-initiative, systematic and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer knowledge
• Problem solving and risk management skills are essential
