Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the annual compensation reviews and budget exercises and relevant pay data compilation
  • Conduct ongoing review of effectiveness of Reward Programs / Incentive Schemes
  • Assist in conducting HR analytics for ensuring market competitiveness in compensation and benefits
  • Participate in the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures to align with the Bank's strategic direction and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects e.g. staff engagement and culture initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Information System or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in financial institutions
  • Strong data analytical skills and conversant with Microsoft Excel application and VBA
  • Detail-minded and self-motivated with good project management and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of the trend, development and good practices of Reward and Benefits in the market
