Our client is one of the large-scale department store in HK. Responsibility

  • Perform key duties focus on strategic planning & operational management of the category.
  • Plan implementation to collate with market changes and competitors' analysis.
  • Business partners profile analysis ie. price range, new launch products and best selling items
  • Active liaison with various internal and external parties for Company’s activities e.g. VIP days promotion, festive events
  • High performance of the category and achievement of business targets and objectives
  • Analyze and review category performance, identify potential sales & profit, and provide recommendations.
  • Manage and liaise with suppliers and business partners to build mutually beneficial relationships and ensure long term strategic partnership.

Requirement

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Retail Management
  • 5 years above experience in merchandising
  • Prior experience in health-related categories would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills; self-driven and self-contribution
