The Company :

• F&B chain with over 100 restaurants in Hong Kong & China carrying several brands
• One of her expanding Korean BBQ cuisine brand currently operating 12 restaurants in Hong Kong - is looking for Operation General Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to the Chief Operation Officer (COO)
• Fully manage an expanding brand of Korean BBQ cuisine restaurant chain with the assistance of 3-4 Area/District Managers
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
• Oversee and lead the daily operation of multiple restaurants
• Lead the team to maintain a high standard of food quality, cleanliness, and safety across the restaurants
• Conduct regular inspections and audits
• Develop and conduct training programs to frontline staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and R&D, to design the main menu and seasonal menu for the restaurants
• Tertiary education
• Solid managerial level in F&B restaurant chain preferably managing over 10 stores
• Experience in Korean BBQ or Japanese BBQ is a big plus
• Certificate Holder of Hygiene Supervisors
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Friendly work culture
