Client Details

Our client is a well-established business with strong presence across Greater China. They have operation in more than 10 cities with growing business in recent years. For their Hong Kong office, they are currently looking for an HR & Admin Manager to handle all round HR & admin operation.

Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR operation for Hong Kong office and supervise the HR & Administration teams
  • Support C&B administration, including payroll processing, medical, MPF, taxation, etc.
  • Review company HR policies, prepare reporting for mgmt. review
  • Office administration management, including insurance, office supplies admin, facilities mgmt, executive travel arrangement and other secretarial support
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • At least 5 years' experience in HR & admin experience
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
