A key position responsible for the leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, budget preparation & tenancy liaison.

Client Details

Our client is a top restaurant group in Hong Kong.

Description

• Identify new sites and responsible for leasing renewals of existing stores
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment and report to top management
• Conduct market research and achieve company expansion plan
• Develop long term relationship with the landlord and agents
• Work closely with stakeholders to formulate long term strategies

Profile

• Degree holder or above
• A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in retail/ F&B leasing
• Experience in food license registration
• Solid network in the real estate field & good knowledge in F&B market
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Offer

• 12 months salary with bonus
