Your new company

A Well Established Corporate Bank is looking for Assistant Manager with solid working experience to join their Credit Documentation team.

Your new role

  • Draft and prepare standard and review non-standard corporate loans documentation (Syndication & Bilateral);
  • Provide bilateral and syndication loans documentation and support for the loan administration;
  • Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents;
  • Assisting in system projects, clerical tasks and admin work;
  • Handle and respond to enquiries from internal/external partners/customers on service and loan processing of related matters;
  • Ensure daily execution of loan documentation and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience with corporate loans documentation and credit administration;
  • Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
  • Solid experience in corporate loan documentation such as bilateral loan and syndication loan;
  • Experience of non-standard loan documentation;
