Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily insurance operations, including quotation/proposal, checking application documents, communicating with insurance companies, calculating commission, generating valuation, managing policy renewals and policy transfer from other brokers;
2. Handle enquiry from customers and insurance companies;
3. Handle application of Technical Representatives (TR), including the checking on TR’s qualification, CPD hours, registration history;
4. Support Sales & RM enquiries and requirements;
5. Perform ad-hoc projects & tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Degree Holder, tertiary education in Accounting & Finance discipline is preferred;
2. Experience as back-end supporting staff (sales HR/ claims/ policy admin/ customer service etc.) in IFA or insurance broker firm would be an advantage;
3. Passed IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 is preferred;
4. Good product knowledge in life insurance is a must;
5. Proficient in English and Chinese;
6. Sound computer skills (especially MS Office);
7. Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and aggressive;
8. Immediate availability is preferred;
