Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Check and verify SWIFT/SWIFTNet/FPS messages, ITT and OTT transaction to ensure the accuracy of all relevant transactions and accounting entries
  • Report funding to Treasury in a timely manner from time to time
  • Trace problematic payment orders and follow-up outstanding & irregular transactions
  • Knowledge in perform AML screening on incoming and outgoing swift payments
  • Provide trade support function which includes reconciliation, collateral management, clearing and custodian services
  • Assist to streamline the operational workflow and procedure to improve operation efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Ensure the transactions are compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
  • Experience in fund(s) and treasury settlement(FX/MM/Bond) is an advantage
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments and participate in ISO20022 for UAT, and existing back-office system enhancement

Requirement

  • 5~8 years’ experience in operations of inward / outward remittance and at least 3 years’ relevant FPS handling
  • Familiarize with the trade life-cycle on settlement process and Fund Operation is preferred
  • Good knowledge of market practice and regulatory requirement
  • Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
  • Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Bachelor degree or related disciplines
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive and strong problem-solving skills
  • Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
