Job description

Responsivities: - Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process of customer profile for onboarding, periodic review and trigger event review.

  • Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data.
  • Contact customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level.
  • Responsible for general data entry and filing

Requirements: - University students

  • Full time summer intern from June - August 2023
  • Be a good team-player, proactive, self-motivated, and positive learning attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in computer applications, such as Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
