Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the Health and Wellness Strategy, incorporating inputs from Subject Matter Experts across all Health and Wellness teams as well as driving new initiatives and innovation
• Develop the proposition and ecosystem to deliver the Health and Wellness proposition to customer
• Explore and develop new strategic partnership to create new value-added services and wellness programs to customers
• Strengthen the existing partnership relationship and streamline process and workflow to gain operation efficiency
• Prepare business cases of Health and Wellness projects and lead project development
• Collaborate with different departments, Group Office and partners to drive and implement new initiatives to achieve the desired KPIs and business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience servicing Insurance clients gained from consultancy firms
• Fluency of Cantonese and English
