Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze market data to provide valuable insights in assisting management’s strategic decision-making
• Design and implement market research plan to cope with the markets / economics trend
• Compile periodic / ad-hoc market research analysis on markets / economics
• Analyze internal performance with market economics

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in Business, Economics, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years' relevant working experience with minimum 3 years in property developers, property agencies or surveying companies
• Good connection with property developers, property agencies and retailers
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with good numerical sense
• Independent with high integrity
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Market Research Manager
