Under the monitoring of ISO qualified Integrated Management System, Baguio provides professional environmental services, ranging from waste collection, sorting & recycling, cleansing & hygiene, horticulture & landscaping to integrated pest management, to our clients including HKSAR Government, public utilities and corporations.

Responsibilities:

• Explore new business opportunities, drive company business, cultivate innovative solutions, and communicate closely with main contractors, consultants, and property/facility management offices
• Manage tender bidding, costing and pricing support, proposal preparation, attend the tender briefing and interviews, develop tendering strategy with related parties, regularly review and analyze the result
• Oversee arboricultural and landscaping projects plus horticulture maintenance, including budgeting and implementation with hands-on daily operations
• Prepare material submission, method statement, presentation, improvement plan, quotation, and other project/report submissions
• Monitor contract management, project progress, and site inspection, and attend regular meetings with clients to ensure keeping good quality of operations and services
• Lead the work teams and subcontractors, drive improvement of performance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations as well as project requirements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in arboriculture, horticulture, forestry, botany, landscape management, environmental or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of tender and project management in landscaping and arboricultural field in the construction or property management industry
• Possess of ISA Certified Arborist Certificate, ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, or other equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Business-oriented with effective negotiation skills, able to deal with the diversity of projects positively and work under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Self-motivated, business-oriented with strong project and contract management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of AUTOCAD is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Landscape Manager
