Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will perform a full spectrum of HR functions including organizational development, talent acquisition & management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, etc. for the prestigious investment properties.
  • Act as a Business Partner to designated business units, offering valuable advisory services on HR matters to facilitate effective people management.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performing and inclusive company culture.
  • Identify scope and execute plans for streamlining HR process as well as HR system enhancements.
  • Compile comprehensive reports on HR metrics, trends and analysis, and provide valuable insights to senior management.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • At least 12 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations, of which 4 years in management capacity with hands on experience in talent acquisition and management, compensation practices and organizational diagnosis.
  • Exposure in shopping centre / property management an added advantage.
  • Agile and independent HR practitioner with strong initiative to achieve company objectives.
  • Strong organization, project management and influencing skills.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills as a team player, multi-tasking and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and flexible in adapting to changing priorities and targets.
  • Knowledge of best HR practices, well versed in employment related ordinances in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, showcasing strong language and writing skills.
