Requirements

• Degree in Information systems or information Technology
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of systems security
• Programming skills (like SQL query, C#, VB.net & other scripting languages)
• MS SQL, Database maintenance and operation
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Sharepoint, Office365.
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administration tasks on Servers (e.g. maintenance of users/groups, permissions, policies, and patch management). Monitoring logs for warnings and errors, and monitoring of resources to ensure systems working smoothly.
• Maintenance of office hardwares, like servers, desktops, routers, switches, firewall
• Systems security through controls and backups
• Maintenance of network systems
• Provide technical support when needed
• Maintain a list of existing reports and design new reports (when required)
• Maintain list of in-house systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and audit of systems and backups.
