• Hong Kong : regional office taking care of customers in Asia Pacific region
• We are looking for Customer Service – with details as follows :

The Job :- Work in Customer Service team of 3 members

• Provide excellent customer service to APAC dealers, own sales team and/or consumers via phone and email.
• Enters orders, resolves issues and maintains accurate and up-to-date records on communications.
• Responds to inquiries, resolves routine issues and educates and acts as a resource on company products via phone, email and other methods as appropriate.
• Enters orders into the system, resolves order questions and documents communications accordingly.
• Issues credits and returns, obtains return authorizations, processes bills and participates in collecting cash as needed.
• Runs routine reports and independently creates reports to support department activities.
• Responsible for daily documentation, invoicing and tracking orders
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
• Ability to read and write in English and Chinese.
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
