Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for routine maintenance and capital works at one of the Grade-A commercial properties managed by the Corporation
• Liaise with tenants and other relevant stakeholders on various technical aspects and engineering activities
• Coordinate with respective work units and different contractors to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements and local safety regulations as well as to ensure a reliable building operation

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Surveying, Building Services or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in operation and maintenance of builder’s work and/or building services systems
• Holding a Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is an advantage

Remarks

• Required to wear uniforms, perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours and attend emergency callouts
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Foreman position
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
