Responsibilities:

• Lead the acquisition team and focus on product development and acquisition strategies into execution, driving new credit card acquisition and receivable growth
• Develop and drive marketing programs, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Explore and develop new marketing/ product/ channel initiatives to achieve business / regulatory needs and sustain product proposition
• Conduct post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning.
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget
• Ensure full compliance to relevant regulatory requirements and develop timely action plan if required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferable
• Minimum 10 years' marketing and product experience in the credit card industry, with at least 3 years’ experience as a team head
• Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
• Independent, self-motivator with creativity and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, confident in pitching and presentations
