Responsibilities:

Cultural Transformation:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the desired cultural transformation goals
  • Develop and implement communication plans to foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration
  • Create and execute initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being
  • Conduct regular assessments (e.g., employee survey) to measure the impact of cultural transformation efforts and make necessary adjustments

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives, including assessing change readiness, developing change management plans, and executing communication strategies
  • Support leaders in driving change and ensuring effective communication throughout the change process
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of change

Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and values
  • Create compelling messages and content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, website, social media, and press releases
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication to employees, stakeholders, and external audiences
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Employee Experience Management & Employer Branding:

  • Define and articulate the employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand positioning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract, engage and retain talent
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to design and implement employee-centric programs, policies, and initiatives
  • Create engaging content, including employer brand stories, employee testimonials, and leverage various channels, such as social media and events, to showcase our unique culture and values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, HR, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of in communication, change management, and corporate or employer branding
  • Working in HR field is a plus but NOT a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative communication and branding initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and utilizing analytics to measure the impact of communication and branding efforts
