Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE / Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year experience in order follow up or merchandising field
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Issue and follow up purchase orders and arrange delivery
• Monitor the order progressing with vendors, buyers and internal parties to ensure the delivery schedules can be run on track.
• Check system PO and supplier invoices
• Shipping arrangement
• Provide clerical support to the team
