• Electronic manufacturing service provider (EMS) target SME & iOT start-ups
• Our services include design, development and manufacturing, providing full product life-cycle services
• We provide rapid prototype, from pilot run to mass production
• HK office : function as sales office & engineering office
• We are looking for Sales & Operation Director - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Job summary : manage daily operation of HK office + develop new potential business & customers
• Manage small HK office including project managers, quality managers, procurement managers....etc
• Lead the team to create quotes, driving the designs, working with supply chain & procurement....etc
• Build & enhance relationship with existing customers; as well as develop new potential customers
• Lead, manage & drive team members towards a successful team to maximize their contribution
• Report to MD
• Degree or Master in Engineering or equivalent
• Solid sales or operation experience in electronic manufacturing services or related
• Experience in EMS target SME or iOT start-ups is a big plus
• Experience in both sales role & operation/technical role is highly prefer
• Occasional China trip when required
• 5 days work
