My client is a food retailer & Food And Beverages Company and is looking for an expert in food category management; Specialist in HK and China market.

Description

• Implement the merchandise, buying and pricing strategies for designated categories to increase category penetration, drive sales and margin, enhance competitive edges and capitalise market opportunities
• Analyse data from various cross functional partners and formulate business strategy rooted in data, consumer insights, trend and innovation
• Provide leadership & drive innovation to achieve sales targets within the local market and develop a high performing, strongly aligned F & B team
• Brand planning and management, organise and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building;
• Be the expert in logistics strategy and be the bridge between the overseas HQ and your market.

Profile

• Minimum of 9 - 13 year's relevant experience in F & B business or Food retailer
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with excellent leadership skills, management experience and ability to motivate employees
• Strong business sense and ability to interact with internal stake holders.
